A booking fee of 50% of the treatment price is required to book. All booking fees and prepaid treatments are non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking, you agree to this policy.
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late changes will result in the loss of your booking fee.
All treatments require a consultation. I may refuse treatment if it is not safe or suitable. In that case I will do my best to offer a suitable alternative treatment. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over only.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. No-shows lose their booking fee.
