When you book or get in touch, we collect your name, phone number, email address and appointment details. At your appointment we may also record health and treatment information that you share with us.
We use it to arrange and carry out your appointment, contact you about it, keep records of your treatments and reply to your messages.
Bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling, a third-party service. They process the details you enter under their own privacy policy.
This website does not set its own cookies. The booking calendar, provided by Acuity Scheduling, may set cookies. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your device connects to Google when you visit.
Our Instagram and Facebook links take you to sites run by other companies, with their own privacy policies.
Only as long as we need it for your care, our records, and legal and insurance requirements.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email facerefinedclinic@gmail.com and we will help. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
